Great service. I didn't wait in a queue. Staff were polite and helpful. The staff who took me upstairs was also polite. After my appointment, I was shown my way out. Everything was done as per the appointment. The staff are knowledgeable of what they do. Do not hesitate to go for your biometric appointment. I highly recommend It is wheelchair accessible as I went upstairs through the lift.

A disgrace ! I was enticed to rent office space with free parking, then 1mth in Regus start introducing new costs, in this case £90 a month parking regardless of the contract. Beware of corporate strategies. Once you’ve moved in the fun and games commence, rent with Regus at your own peril.

This is where you take Ukrainian refugees to get their Biometrics part of their Visa. There is a nearby carpark to the rear. Signage could be a bit clearer and made more professional to give hosts and guests a bit of assurance that they are at the right place. Hosts have only a small area to wait as those having the Biometrics are escorted up in a lift. If there is good weather you can wait in the park opposite which has a small coffee outlet.
