Worst office hotel ever! The people in the reception were nice when we sat there, but any other contact you try to have with Regus is completely impossible. We first had a contract for a room at Vanadisplan, which was terminated with one month's notice after Regus' own rent negotiations with Humlegården ran aground, and they therefore had to close the place basically immediately (completely against the rules according to OUR contract with Regus). Forced transfer to Norra Bantorget because of this. There we were billed for a coffee package we never had, which was credited after a bit of a fight with the reception. Now, 3 years later and a year after we moved from Regus, we are arguing about this coffee package for 700 measly kroner with a debt collection company in England in English. Completely impossible to get any help in Swedish and completely impossible to get accepted that we moved over a year ago and also then settled a final invoice (including a moving cleaning fee of SEK 4000 for a room of 10 square meters). Warning everyone to rent office through this impossible company!
