Avoid this company for a virtual office. They gave me a sweet deal when I signed up and then each year it ramped up by 10-20% and then 30% after 2021 lockdowns. They have a highly questionable full year renewal lock in which automatically kicks in 4 months before renewal is due, which you can't get out of. I wanted to cancel as there are lots of other companies that do this much cheaper now but I was sick in bed the week the renewal kicked in before I could cancel it. I explained that I was sick and they said bad luck. Now I have 12 months of monthly payments for something I don't even use. (re your reply below, I've raised it with staff already – see above – and there's no help facility. Where do you want me to get help from?)

Make sure you check the fine print on the Virtual office auto renewals as they are hard to get out of. Auto renewals and 12 month cancellation periods are an unethical practice and illegal in many US states if not other jurisdictions and part of Regus standard terms and conditions. Disappointing thing to find out you cannot give 3 months notice after over 2 years as a virtual tenant. I could understand if it applied in the first 12 months but Regus do not have break costs that require up to 12 months rent in subsequent years.
