One of the most appalling and frustrating experiences. DO NOT use this company. They cannot fulfil contract commitments. They lease you one office and then force you to move to another. They hike their rates up by 15-25% every 6 months. Offices were dirty and walls have coffee stains.
Terrible experience. You are better off with Servcorp or another provider.

The country manager Damien Sheehan lacks emotional intelligence and has no self awareness of his behaviour.

A Toxic experience.
We've been renting our office at Regus, Darling Park for almost two yeas, and I should say - it's been the best working environment I ever experienced. If any administrative tasks you need to delegate, you can be absolutely sure - the Regus staff can do it with great professionalism. Need to organise business meeting? No problems you can book room with facilities, and nice reception girls can bring coffee/tea to the meeting participants. Need to organise postage or outsource calls during your absence? That's simple and easy! The staff is very friendly and always treat us (Customers) as a top priority. It's amazing - they even can book and deliver Birthday cake or take care of your laundry :) It saves tremendous amount of our time! Besides all of the services, Regus feels as a family - we often have networking drinks, and it's a great environment for networking and communications with Regus tenants. Fantastic views on the Darling harbour/City, excellent location (2 min to train station) - all that makes the Regus stay absolutely worthy, enjoyable experience!
