Stay far away from this company... horrible experience. Left my office due to no airflow, still charging me a month in advance and taking my bond even though I cannot breathe in their workspace. Inhumane business. Paying them to literally be done with $128 late fee payments coming out of my credit card. I guess once you get this big, no one matters. Stay away at all costs.

Yes, I have been talking to management since early November 2022, other than being told I am due to pay regardless of the situation, I've been charged circa $260 in late fees since then and am still waiting 15 days for my final settlement invoice to avoid getting more charges on my card.

Exceptional service from all staff at the front desk but a bit of work to do on the invoicing system when changing offices. Also communication of the terms relating to cancellation of room bookings could be improved. Bookings under Business World cards in other offices is a bit tricky. Would like more promotion of services among Regus network on the Regus website online than is current, to promote further growth and stability within the Regus system.
