Regus is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They have not paid my retainer for the past two months. I have contacted customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not given me any clear response. They just keep the money and always come up with random excuses. I am very disappointed with Regus's handling of this matter and would never recommend them to anyone.

In shock at how all over the place this company is. They overcharged me for 7 months and even though i advised them of this after 3 months it took another 4 months to sort out. When they said it was sorted out they actually charged me an extra 370 euro instead of refunding me the over charge. Now i am being told the billing team take at least 7 days to write back and the guy im talking to wont even acknowledge this is a mistake. Run away do not sign up. They even now renewed my contract without even telling me. WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH ANOTHER COMPANY.

The worst service possible. Never recommend to anyone to open here an office. They will charge you even after the contract is finished. They will also make the additional charges for anything Regus can do. Never use this service

The business lounge could use an upgrade. The think pod desks are strange with immovable seats.
