Unfortunately, deposit refunds are not processed. Issued a request online on the last day of my stay and spent 3 months contacting the team via email and helpdesk with nothing except we will update you as soon as possible (still waiting on my request). During my stay in Regus, everyday people come screaming about their deposits.
Broken air conditioner for weeks during my stay. Thing can be stolen from the desk with no accountability, as well.

Worst experience EVER! I saw bad reviews and even tho i went to try, end up scamed and refusing to refund deposit... Lost another client who could bring them more and more .. don't fall for this SCAM company

NOT PROFESSIONALS. Not only do they take a large amount of bail, but they refuse to refund it to you. After sending two emails and several phone calls, they give me no answer and ignore my messages. They force you to terminate your contract two months in advance when it is a 3 month contract. The contract renews automatically.
THE WORST is that I was promised an agreement for the cancellation of the contract but I was told afterwards that it is not possible.
I also had to use another room for a few weeks because the air conditioning in my office was not working.
