So i am sitting here and working. One of the receptionists is playing music at her desk with a volume level that i can hear it and feel bothered by it. I mean the reason why i am a paying customer of the spaces is that i dont wanna have loud music around me. When i asked her to turn down the music. She asked me why she should do it, so I answered that it would annoy me. Her replied, that she could turn it down a little bit but that she would not switch it off as i am the only one complaining and i sit somewhere else... Well they definitely know who to cheer up their paying customers. And as another side note: seems that the staff dont need to wear facemasks at all in the communal area...
