Hippo Steph and marianna are extremely rude and unprofessional. Steph is never in the building always lounging in the car I have several pictures and I have recorded conversations of her on the phone with her boss. Also conversations of marianna

I have been at Regus for over 5 years and was charged rent only and never nickeled and dimed for requests made until just this month. They raised my rent over 30% within one year and are now starting to charge me for anything I would ask for my business even though I was never charged for certain admin tasks before for FIVE YEARS! I am very upset about the changes. Also the customer service for Regus (corporate) is the worst I have ever experienced. It took 6 months for them to correct a billing issue, over 2 years to correct poor internet, and even spoke to corporate executives who never returned phone calls. They have HORRIBLE customer service. Also during Covid they overworked the front desk with one manager and never rehired anyone full time since 2020 while keeping same rates for their clients.

I had been renting a really nice office from there only to come to my personal office one day and find my door already open and light on. Security and medical issue/alarm during this Covid season. I still have not received an explanation as to what occurred. I don't even know how to describe how I felt/feel. I have not been back since even though I continue to pay my rent. 😔
