Horrible company that will gauge you at every turn whether you use their facility or not. In over 5 years, I’ve never set foot in there but they just want to be paid & wont let you out of your contract. All they care about is charging. Read the fine print because this company doesn’t care at all about their clientele.

If I could rate zero I would . Avoid using this location at all cost. This is the worst Regus office I ever worked with absolutely poor services, that even can’t handle mail forwarding. They charge you more than you have in your contract. UPDATE: It passed one month that I requested them to cancel my contact, and today I received another bill. Is this legal business? Looks like they are fraud and focused how to steal money from customers. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FACILITY!!!!

I can't say how happy I am to have a private office, with parking, and access to on site gym. It is really awful to have to tote your laptop, printer, and documents in a brief case around to day offices and co-share offices in Dallas. The amenities and location are excellent. Right across the street from my bank Wells Fargo. I can walk over on my lunch. Covered parking underground with elevator, not stairs, that keeps my car protected from hail. On site security 24 hours a day so if I work late I'm safe and secure. Key access to the building and elevators, so no strangers knocking on my door late at night. Wonderful gourmet coffee individually brewed, so I save on not having to go to Starbucks. Small kitchenette area with lounge and big screen T.V. to relax in when I'm having lunch. The price can't be beat. When I moved into my office it was turn key ready. Furniture and internet everything was up an running from day one. If you are tired of searching for the perfect place that includes amenities and parking check out the Regus Preston Center. Even the outside fountain areas have speakers that play soft jazz. This place is fantastic! It's a shame to say that my offices are better then my CEO's in Seattle.

Susana and Avery are wonderful. I don't think we could make it a day without their help. Susana ALWAYS knows exactly what I need and where to find it or how to fix it. She is very friendly and professional and our clients comment on what a pleasure she is. Avery is also a top notch addition to the Regus team. He is always in such a good mood and quick to offer assistance. We also really enjoy Suzan, the manager here. She is a lovely lady.
