We have had an account with this company since 2017, we have NEVER been late and we pay by bank bill pay faithfully every month. Unknown to us our account number was changed and all our payments were not being applied to a new account. The price was changed to $10 more a month. We only found out after they tried sending us to collections for late fees and it shows they raised our rent without us knowing and added other charges. I have spent the last month trying to get a manager to call me back and was told that the manager could not help us and that we still owe over $500 in fees. I called the collections dept this morning and they said they could not speak to me and I would need to call the main number, the main number says I have to speak with collections. Since no one will call me back and remove the bogus fees I am trying to close my account and still can not get anyone on the phone. I am appalled at the horrid customer service we have received after being with them for 4 years! This is not how you treat your clientele. Please be aware if you choose these guys you will never be able to reach a manger if problems arise! I cannot reply to your response for some unknown reason, so I have to update this post.
