I decided to use this location for my virtual office needs and it's has been rough thus far riddled with mischarges, miscommunication, and an inability on the part of the team to manage thier systems. They seem to be struggling with a few glitches that impacts thier ability to provide a great level of service to customers. I will say that in the service calls I've had - the team does work to respond to issues promptly but the amount of calls for errors is not my favorite. If you do decide to move forward with Regus I would just say be absolutely sure to comb through your invoice every month and have a direct contact that you can speak with in the event that you get surprises. I do hope that they can figure out glitches so that the experience matches the promise of the concept.
