Very criminal activities are going on there. Be careful with the contracts. If a contract has been filled out incorrectly the second time, which is submitted, read everything again, as they are very happy to use the trick to submit a completely different contract the second time, like mine. Also be careful by email if it says I'll send it to you again, it doesn't have to be the same contract. All tricks are used here to catch the customers. And then the air conditioners don't even work for months. Because they don't care about the customers. A technician is normally on site the next day at the latest. Also at this time. But for months without air conditioning in summer. And of course they don't see the deposit anymore either.
