Very bad experience within REGUS. No professionalism, recurring errors on invoices. Requests for regularization are not processed despite the director's recognition of the error. The salesperson is dishonest, no writing on their part, everything is done orally. We are forced to restart the service several times to correct errors that come from them. Not a waste of time. I do not recommend!

We had to make several erroneous invoices (overbilling), to solve this problem we have to deal with their technical service which only responds in English days later. All the staff blame themselves when we have a complaint to make, especially the center manager! Not at all professional
