They will auto-renew you for two years at a time. To their credit, they technically send a reminder email, but they spam you with so much other email throughout the year that actually noticing the one email that matters is tough. Everything is friendly and five-star in the beginning when they're signing you up fresh (and the mail forwarding was fine), but it's like the Hotel California. They can't be negotiated with. Do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else. I've had two other workspace arrangements prior to Regus, and both were more flexible and did a better job of treating me fairly.

I recently collaborated with Contemporary Home Construction, a renowned home renovation company, on a luxury home bar transformation for my Kenmore residence. From our inaugural discussion, it was palpable that the CHC team boasted an in-depth architectural insight and a profound grasp of the intricacies required for such an endeavor. Their professional demeanor, helpful guidance, and utmost courtesy shone brightly throughout our journey together. Adhering strictly to the timeline and the financial blueprint, which was crucial given our pressing schedule, they unveiled a work of art characterized by meticulous craftsmanship. Every segment, be it bespoke cabinetry or intricate light fixtures, was seamlessly integrated. Moreover, the high-caliber plumbing and avant-garde electrical fittings were flawlessly executed. During our design brainstorming, we encountered certain hurdles, but Siamak and his ensemble were unceasingly receptive, making it a point to synchronize with our vision for the bar. CHC's performance was indeed exemplary on all fronts. Their sagacious counsel, agile issue resolution, and regular updates kept me in the loop, ensuring I was always abreast of the next steps. Notably, their daily cleanup was a testament to their professional etiquette, a gesture often overlooked by many. Their meticulousness and dedication paved the way for an effortless experience. In summation, if a home transformation venture is on your horizon, Contemporary Home Construction should be your go-to. Their team, brimming with expertise, exudes professionalism and warmth. Their prowess in home makeovers is unparalleled. With their commitment to punctuality and budgetary adherence, satisfaction is a given. Entrust them with your dreams - disillusionment is off the table!

This was an absolutely terrible experience and I would not recommend. I wanted a one month lease and was given a one month lease at $540 per month with limited hours. At exactly 5:00 PM on the nose I had to leave even though they were open 24 hours and I told the sales rep that my work schedule was until 5:00 PM or 5:30 PM and still daily there was a knock on my door basically kicking me out. It was ridiculous. What kind of shenaningans could one get into at Regus at 5:03 PM? That is not even the worst of it. The admin submitted a ticket daily so I could get on the wifi connection, but no one at corporate would fix the problem so I had to get a code everyday and many days the admin was not there to give one to me so I had to use my own hotspot instead of being able to use the WIfi I paid for. When I called corporate to cancel as the services said to be provided were not given (breach of contract) they aggressively pursued me for additional payment for the next month even though I specifically told the rep I wanted one month only. You can not rationalize with Dutch customer service. I tried. I worked in the Netherlands and their inflexibility makes it difficult for me as an American business consumer to rationalize with them. I tried and tried. I used the membership for two weeks and they charged me for 2 months for a service I did not use. These folks are crooks.
Looks like they auto responded to this review; however since I no longer have an account there is no way to respond and no actual person to talk to.

Avoid at all costs. First they will offer you a lower price and then call you that pricing team refused it and they have a new price for you. They won't tell you that you next month is due 15 days in advance and will charge you late fee. They will not fix any billing errors. Make sure to have a move in / move out inspection done and get a copy. Also take pictures as I was charged $1,900 as carpet damage and they fail to provide any evidence that I caused it. I know that it was not me as I did not use that office even for one day due to Covid.
I opened service ticket 4 times but it was always closed without any resolution.

I have been a mail box customer with this location for about 7 years. I am not an on-site tenant who rents office space. However, at any time I can plan to use the facility for meetings or use the services a la carte. When I joined this office location, it was under another name, then Regus took it over a couple +/- years ago. The service has remained strong.
The real asset to me at this location is the Sr. Client Service Representative who is there to greet me with a smile every day and willingly provides customized service.
The office is professional in appearance, appropriately quiet, and well-located near 405 in Kirkland.
