REGUS Company is a scam! They charge you, don't provide services and then every month they set to charge you the same amount monthly (even the charge was annual), we have report it many times, monthly submit complaints and ask our bank to cancel the charges, but they are charging still plus no one reply to our concerns, emails, calls, this company is a SCAM!

The worst office rental company I have ever used. The company keeps the "deposit" for weeks and in case of problems there is no response or any contact. This is the first and last time I use the services of this company.

I absolutely do not recommend! At first glance, a beautiful place with nice staff. And in fact - you hang a bunch of problems. The procedure for renting a coworking space is not transparent at all. First, they will tell you one thing and offer one price, and when you sign the contract, the price will be 2 times higher. Termination of the contract is a complex procedure that they are not used to facing. Moreover, even after termination, you will receive different messages to your email and accounts. And you will have to worry about whether you owe them something, whether you should contact a lawyer or the police. It seems that they simply take advantage of the fact that people do not know the language well and do not understand the laws well. In Ukraine, such companies are called fraudsters. If you want to spend a lot of time, nerves and effort and be misled, then this is your option. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! P.S. It's been 3 months and my issue still hasn't been resolved.

Very nice lady at the reception. The disadvantage is that when you rent an office for a day, you do not get a key to it. This means that when you go to the toilet you can lock it and then each time you have to go to the reception and ask the lady to open it again. Seriously? Plus you can't turn off the air conditioning.

At first glance, the product makes a very good impression. Modern interiors in top locations. Service in the Business Center at the highest level! Unfortunately, this is where the advantages of this place/product end. Unclear invoice calculations, problems with correcting incorrect calculations, problems with returning the deposit, blocking services and cutting off access to the customer's paid products. If a company/entrepreneur can afford not to verify charges, pay for services that are not used, wait a long time for a deposit refund, take a long time to clarify disputes, or would like to practice their patience and self-control, I believe that they can take the risk of cooperation. ;)
