Predatory behavior of the most vile kind.
We were a client for two years. Three months and two weeks prior to contract auto-renewal, we provided written notice of our intent not to renew. Request was ignored - citing the only cancellation method they deem acceptable - is the click of a button on an online form- any other method (including written advance notice) is not acceptable.
Thus, they renewed our contract despite our written notice of intent not to renew- and increased rent by approx. 70% (such abusive increases have been deemed abusive and in violation of applicable codes of conduct here in Switzerland by courts int he past).
Adding insult to injury: they have never granted us access to the building since the forced automatic renewal: we are paying for a service that has not been rendered in any capacity (a practice some would deem as fraud). In order to ensure uninterrupted continuation of business - we promptly found another office with another provider - and are now paying double rent (our new office, and, at Regus).
Additionally, removal of credit card is also not an option on their site - ensuring clients will effectively be robbed every month without recourse in cases like these.
We have initiated the aid of an attorney on the matter. I wish we had read these reviews before engaging with Regus. It amazes me, a company with such an extensive record of predatory, abusive behavior towards clients, is still permitted to operate here.

I moved into the office and was greeted with a warm welcome and introduced to the company culture.
The staff on site, as well as online, are very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and efficient.
I am excited and grateful that I can now use office space worldwide.

It’s purposeful and basically clean but not more. Unfortunately lacking attention to detail such as: Microwave from kitchen has been removed (?), bathrooms usually out of soap, toilet brush broken for months…

I had an office with this location for over a year and the staff and management was always very accommodating and professional. The locations are great, the staff supportive and responsive. Regus continues to exemplify quality and professionalism.
