Great location & facilities, friendly staff/receptionist. When it came to cancelling my contract after one year due to a job change there was not a lot of flexibility, though, which was disappointing. I missed the cancellation deadline by three days (not paying attention to the shorter month February) and ended up paying my office for two more months (instead of just one) despite not using it. When asking Regus if they can grant me an exception the answer I got was: "Leider ist es bei uns nicht üblich, Verträge vorzeitig zu beenden, da wir an die Einhaltung unserer Bedingungen glauben." I was hoping for them to be a bit more flexible given I've been renting the office for a year and I was planning to rent it again later in the year. Also, it's always easy to get personal help when it comes to setting up a contract. But when you need help for cancelling a contract all of a sudden everybody just refers to the online helpdesk. --- Short update: after the response below I did file another request through the Help section as suggested. I got a response later that someone will contact me. Of course nobody every contact me after that, and when I tried to respond the email bounced with "message could not be delivered". So it's now about 20 days since I raised the issue. Back then I was just 3 days late with my cancellation.

I highly recommend working at Regus Seefeld: it is very calm, clean and located in a nice Zurich neighborhood, close to good restaurants and the lake. Also, the customer service is excellent and the community manager is always very helpful and kind.

Amazing location, central and close to the beautiful Zurich lake. I have had the pleasure of working with Roi Vafiadou who always has a smile on her face and has been very welcoming, professional and efficient in assisting us with all enquiries. Would highly recommend!
