A True Home Away from Home
Staying at Sanderson London has become a joke among my friends—I’ve now been here three times in as many months! But with the level of comfort, service, and convenience this hotel offers, it’s easy to see why I keep coming back.
The lofty, bright, and modern rooms create a relaxing and stylish atmosphere, perfect for both work and leisure. Every interaction I’ve had with the front desk, management, and housekeeping staff has been fantastic—they are always warm, attentive, and eager to assist in any way.
Beyond the hotel itself, the location is unbeatable. With easy access to four train lines, Oxford Street, and Regent Street, you’re right in the heart of London’s best shopping and dining. Whether I’m here for business or pleasure, I know I’m always in for a great stay.
Looking forward to visit number four!

Had an absolutely delightful Mad Hatter’s Afternoon Tea experience today that we just adored. Appreciated the warm welcome, friendly chats, patient and friendly explanation of all the delights on the three layers and cotton candy topper. Thank you for one of the most memorable parts of this week long adventure in London.

Avoid the Sanderson!
I was extremely upset with my experience at the Sanderson Hotel in London. My daughter and I arrived to celebrate my birthday, and despite notifying the hotel in advance, there was no acknowledgment. Instead, we were placed in a street-facing room with constant construction noise—a detail nowhere mentioned online. When we raised our concerns, the response was dismissive, with staff simply noting that the room faced the road, offering no apology or solution.
Frustrated, we asked to cancel the second night due to the unbearable noise, but the hotel refused. My husband then called and spoke with Silvija, who assured him she would check for a resolution. Shortly after, we received an email falsely claiming that an upgrade had been offered at an extra charge—something that never happened. Even if it had, expecting guests to pay extra to avoid unacceptable, known conditions is outrageous.
This treatment is simply not up to the standards of a 5-star hotel. While the location, breakfast, and some restaurant staff were good, the overall lack of care and transparency left us deeply disappointed.

Had a lovely afternoon tea, mad hatters style. Great location, close to the tube, central and the tea was lovely. A wonderful experience.

Went for afternoon tea. It was great to look at but, for the price, you’d expect everything to taste fresh and amazing and it just missed the mark. Savouries were stale, sweets were pretty good. Service was touch and go and we had to request many things twice. Staff were pleasant and kind when they did serve us but it is frustrating to feel forgotten about and chase up requests for refills and the bill when there were so many staff around. We were very warm on the patio on a cold day and the venue was very trendy but won’t be back unfortunately.
