Nice spaces and offices, but not very pleasant. The concept of cowork does not apply much to spaces since it is more focused on the concept of office rentals. There is convenience in terms of space management (basic), perhaps some companies do not want to pay for it. Despite that, each space is almost a cubicle, with few areas to share between offices. Again, the correct concept for Spaces is office leasing, not cowork.

The attention of the people in the common space is unpleasant. There is poor customer service. Especially from Camila.
