Tiny rooms and makeshift, nonstandard furniture. Abusive readjustments without following any objective criteria, while services are withdrawn unilaterally. The amounts charged are confusing, especially phone and WiFi (absurdly expensive, by the way). They only readjust the deposit if so required on return and charge a renovation fee on departure. There are better and cheaper options in the area.

After 4 years of good services provided, Regis simply unilaterally amends the service provision contract and removes numerous services offered, without reducing a penny of what is charged. To make matters worse, he tries to legitimize his attitude in a supposed intention in favor of ecology...MERE OPPORTUNISM. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE
