I spoke with a representative on the phone to sign up for a virtual office. The young lady I spoke to was very unprofessional and was very misleading in the information she provided. She did not explain activation charges. She added additional services that I did not request or want. All she did was send a link to me to sign up. I felt very rushed. When she initially called me, I explained that it wasn’t a good time to speak and advised her to call me back. That’s when she said she would just send the link and for me to sign. I contacted Regus several times only for them to advise there was nothing they could do because the contract was already signed.

This is a horrible service. Go with a P.O. Box and work from home. Change over of staff is frequent and the only way to dispute billing is through email which appears to give computerized answers to see staff who then refer you the email option. Contracts change without notifications.

Beautiful lobby area was clean and in nice office space that we have shared lobby area on each floor but the offices are so small and because it's downtown Charleston it's overpriced and then on top of all of that you have to pay for a parking place at an exorbitant rate so you know there's better places for me to have an office that are cheaper and better located and more conducive to my work Style
