I stayed in this hotel for a week and was so pleased with everyone on board be it the chefs, supervisors, room cleaners. I had a really nice experience with chef Abdul Shakil Sattar who was in-charge of the breakfast for us. He is such a wonderful chef and human being. He deserves a good applause and promotion for his work.

The location is somewhat close to the Prophet's Mosque but it's in the front side of the mosque, which means that when going to the mosque for prayer, you will have to walk around to the back or else you will be praying in front of the Imam. The staff lack professionalism and honesty; they promised to refund the remaining amount, and I have been waiting for five months now. It's unfortunate to have such an experience in a holy place. A terrible experience that does not befit a renowned brand like Crowne Plaza.

I was working with the Turkmenistan pilgrims in this hotel.
The workers lacks serious discipline
the cleaners if I'm drinking tea sitting alone will come and spary his stuff without consent and will reply with attitude if i ask why, even the receptionists lacks serious discipline gave me zero respect with attitude and on the 9th floor there is one house keeping named meton was sleeping during in the clean room during his duty not helping anyone was rude also when i asked why. That was my experience.

Many thanks to Mr. Ahmed Jari, the restaurant supervisor. He was very cheerful and well-mannered, his service was excellent, and his team was very cooperative, and this indicates the leader’s good behavior. The breakfast was very excellent and thanks to the department director for all his efforts to provide employees of this wonderful level
