Location is perfect for our business. All the staff, without exception, are always efficient, friendly, helpful and welcoming, creating a pleasant yet professional environment. This applies particularly to Kylie and the reception staff. The offices are kept clean and are well maintained. The domestic facilities are generally very well kept, particularly the kitchen area, however, the male toilets could be better maintained. The working experience is exceptional, but it comes at a cost, particularly when compared to the competition.

We rented here for a while. Would Strong recommend AGAINST doing business with ServCorp. Their pricing is obscure and unfair. They will screw you with a sense of impunity. Dont let the shiny building, nice views, and friendly staff fool you. You'll only understand the array of hidden charges once you'r hit with the invoices. The bills start some days from when you sign the contract to 3 months AFTER after you've moved out.

Avoid doing business with Servcorp. The location and facilities are great, but the pricing is extremely opaque. If your experience is anything like ours, buried in the contract you sign are all kinds of loopholes that Servcorp will exploit. The magnitude of hidden fees transform the space into one of terrible value. If you agree to leasing office space here, you should not expect the management to act in good faith. Instead, watch for the auto-renewal of your lease at much less favorable terms and for hefty data charges on internet use. Upon termination of your lease, expect a long list of fees including 'disconnection' charges, forced 'virtual membership' enrollment and ultimately the confiscation of your security deposit, even if you leave your space in excellent condition. The practices of Servcorp management are nonstandard. Look for another provider. There are plenty of others around London that are far better business partners.

Very happy with the office and the quality of service. Excellent location with great views of London. Our account manager Stephanie and the receptionists are brilliant and have dealt with any issues promptly and effectively. As a company we are very glad to have chosen Servcorp and particularly Dashwood House as our office and would highly recommend it.
