A bad experience I rented an office with three workstations to write the doctoral thesis while waiting to have another office (according to the commercial promises) with one or two workstations since it was not available (with a view) after two months, an office with two positions would be available but they rented it to another. I terminated the contract at the end of May since it doesn't suit me to stay in an office that exceeds my needs. I asked for the return of deposit which exceeds 130 thousand dinars (13 million cents) on 06/26/2023 hoping to have it at least at the end of the contract (07/31/2023) but to date the 30/ 08/2023 I haven't received my money even after complaining there are only 15 days left, they told me that the accountant is on leave when he comes back it will be settled, after I complained they told me that the owner is on leave, knowing that if you are late in paying you will be penalized and when you ask for your money you wait. Speaking of technical problems: A network socket does not work -unresolved problem- Heating problem which suddenly stops in the middle of winter so you have to leave. Unresolved Problem with phone stopping working Tip: you read the contract carefully before signing ✍️ Unfortunately it was a bad experience.
