We have had 5 nights in a Club Room 1 King with Lounge access as a Bonvoy Gold Elite. It has been a wonderful experience with only 1 exception.
The staff have been not only friendly, chatty and supportive but have gone out of their way to engage, suggest and help us have the most wonderful time.
The only exception has been the couple of lifts that have been under refurbishment or repair have meant it’s really really painful getting up and down from our rooms.
I have loved staying here with awesome amenities, super location, and one of the most comfortable beds ever!

Five-star for all categories. The location of the property is so central to Central London and a good majority of all there is to see and do in London (from a tourist perspective). As always, the staff is how I determine if my stay was memorable or forgettable. As a frequent traveller, this property ticks off all the check boxes: property location, state of property, amenities and most importantly, the staff. Collectively as a group, they were all wonderful and really take attention to guests to the next level.

We stayed here for nights and had a very good stay.
The room was spacious and clean.
The lounge was amazing, very spacious with a great breakfast buffet and canapies in the evening.
My only concern was the location: there are no restaurants or shopping options near by. Everything is within at least 15-20 minutes walk.

I strongly advise future guests to check with the hotel before booking, especially regarding any ongoing maintenance. During my stay, the main elevators were completely out of service—a major inconvenience that was never disclosed at the time of booking. Guests were left relying on a single side elevator, which caused long waits and unnecessary frustration throughout the stay. It’s disappointing that such a significant issue wasn’t communicated in advance. Transparency is key in hospitality, and unfortunately, that was lacking here.

We had an amazing experience with the concierge desk at the Sheraton Grand Hotel London. The team was incredibly helpful, professional, and knowledgeable, offering seamless assistance with directions, local attractions, and last-minute reservations.
Their genuine willingness to help and deep expertise truly enhanced our trip with thoughtful, personalized recommendations. The team’s friendly and approachable attitude made all the difference.
A special mention goes to the buffet breakfast at Mercante, which was absolutely outstanding. The quality of both the hot and cold food was exceptional, paired with flawless 5-star service - especially thanks to Paolo, whose warm hospitality truly stood out.
