I had a very disappointing experience with Regus, stemming primarily from inflexible contract terms and a lack of understanding towards my situation. I approached Regus needing just 10 days of office space, but found myself unwittingly bound to a two-month contract which I only discovered after being billed for a subsequent month I did not need nor authorize.
On my first day, I discovered that the chairs in the lounge area were uncomfortable for me, which led to back pain. While this might be a personal preference and others may find the setup agreeable, it rendered the space unusable for me. I communicated my discomfort and the fact that I had only used the office for one day to Regus' support team, hoping for some flexibility or a partial refund. Although they responded, there was no willingness to accommodate my situation or consider a refund, which I found quite frustrating given the circumstances.
I was later informed by another Regus employee that the contract I signed on September 1st had already committed me to pay for the month of October, which was a complete surprise and contrary to my explicit need for just 10 days of office space. This lack of transparency and rigidity in contract terms has left me feeling deceived and dissatisfied.
The only positive note was the friendly and courteous receptionists at the Regus facility, who were professional and helpful. However, this did not offset the negative impact of the company's inflexible policies and unexpected charges.
I am sharing this experience to alert others to thoroughly understand the contract terms before committing and to hopefully catch the attention of Regus to review and amend their policies for better transparency and customer satisfaction.

The perfect infrastructure for young companies and/or growing areas. For me as an entrepreneur it was the best decision and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to open or expand their first office.

There is nothing better for me. As soon as you walk in you immediately feel at home. A reception desk with very friendly staff. A great atmosphere. There is always someone there to receive my mail. Very modern furnishings.
And also very important for me: As a tenant, I am a member of the international REGUS network and can use REGUS facilities worldwide free of charge. This has helped me a lot so far, for example at a business meeting in the Philippines in Makati on the 41st floor.
