The location is great, however the staff isn't that welcoming or takes time to explain logistics to new comers. I used this facility for the first time yesterday and I was not even told about the lounge being located on level 6 where you can also refill a water bottle... no explanation on how to return the badge to enter the building and they charge me for two water bottles I requested as the room was not furnished with beverage (given the membership fee is quite expensive, I would have expected at least free water bottles in a limited number...).

I used this space some months ago and I felt like home. The shared areas are very well kept, clean and welcoming for any kind of people. The real plus of this building is the local manager, Giuseppe who made me feel welcomed and cared since day one. A big thanks to him and his fantastic Team. I'll hope to stop by again once I'll be back in Milan.

One of the best centres ever seen and worked in before. The finishings are simply unique and the spaces are perfcetly conceived to work in a formal, clean and relaxed place. The terrace is just amazing as it overlooks on the entire Milanese Skyline. The local team is what gives Signature Duomo the added value for a great experience near one of the most symbolic sights in Milan. Thank you.
