Very bad service, sometimes incorrect billing, accounts are blocked and bookings canceled without speaking to the customer or clarifying them => absolutely no recommendation!
Customer service is absolutely impossible to reach and responds to inquiries with a delay of days and sometimes weeks. In our current case, we wanted to increase a membership from 10 to unlimited days per month - since Regus cannot map this without opening a new contract/account, this was done. The days already paid in advance in the old account have not been reimbursed for more than 6 months and the desired "offsetting with payments on the new account" by us was heard with a partial debit but never taken into account in the account balance, so that a credit is pending on the old account and a shortfall of a similar amount (REgus couldn't even manage to take the same value) in the new account. Now the "deficit" on the new account means that bookings are canceled and the account is blocked for new bookings.
Instead of speaking to us or checking customer service emails and dealing with the case, our account has been suspended for over a week even though we are paying for the service (on closer inspection this should actually be illegal - since Regus is paying for a service will - which they do not make possible through the cancellation).
Absurd - impossible and an example of the worst customer service I have ever received from a company...
