Beautiful workspace, with well-appointed facilities including breakout areas, meeting rooms, kitchen (and excellent coffee machine) and more. The working spaces for solo and teams is well spread out, which is perfect given the pandemic and the usual office density that we see. If you’re looking for a co-working space for your business as you start out and grow, this place is it.

Amazing space! Lovely staff! Good location! And pets allowed! Loved renting out a room here and getting some work done, working from home can be a hassle with a few kids but Sinclair house allows a safe and mellow atmosphere to knuckle down. Lovely space manager bronte is good at you getting settled in and makes the whole process smooth and enjoyable! Will be back.

I booked out one of the meeting rooms recently and dealt with the lovely space manager Bronte. A fresh and modern atmosphere with friendly faces all around. Bonus, pets are allowed too :)) Excited to book my next meeting here again.

Sinclair House is a thoughtful, well-designed co-working space. I have been here several years and I find it a peaceful and productive place to work. Conveniently located from almost any direction, parking is also easy and shops / ammenities are close by. Check it out.

I've been at this shared space for 5 years and have thoroughly enjoy working here. It is easy to get in and out of the city being soo close to Symonds St off-ramp and north & south on ramps. Also, the massive upgrades to the office space has made it professional and an inviting space to work. I highly recommend this shared working space.
