I have been a user of Spaces on and off for the past three years. I have to say that the service and policies of the Paya Lebar branch have become much worse compared to a couple of years ago. When setting stuff up on the first day, multiple issues happened. The staff didn’t seem to understand the plan that I had, things were slow, and when I got access to the office space, there were still problems that could have resulted in me being locked out of the space. The staff generally seemed passive. I came in one day to see a notice that an entire area in the common space would be blocked off for some event. The problem is that my personal locker was in the common space. When I asked if I could enter the event to take stuff from my locker myself, I was told it would be “disrespectful” to the people in the event. Isn’t it also “disrespectful” to your users to hold an event in a space where their lockers are, making it difficult for them to access their belongings? Compared to the service I received from a different service team two years ago, the experience now is very different. Talking to other users, it seems like poor service is a common shared negative experience. I would not recommend this particular coworking space to others anymore.

No after office hours support. Better pray no issues happen after office hours. When we couldn’t get the door locked as no instructions were shared explicitly on how to lock the doors, the sales folk that we got hold off had the guts to tell us any items lost is not spaces responsibility if we left it unlocked. Really great support

Seems like a good place to get some work done. Quiet but the staff doesnt seem very friendly
