The coworking space is on the ground floor, very dark, with outdated furniture, and lacks all coziness. The only good things are the nice kitchen & bathroom and the fact that the 6-desk coworking area is usually empty, so one can take calls from the desk.

Perfect place for renting a conference room, place is clean and nicely made and staff are very kind and helping. No disturbance whatsoever during the meeting, and many facilities available! Would definitely come back to rent again!

The office space is pretty standard, but the parking situation is horrendous, unfortunately. You will have to park across the busy Tsar Boris street at the Kaufland store and find a way to the office space (there's a shortcut if you don't want to walk 15 minutes, but you will have to cross the street illegally + cross the tram tracks) In terms of the office space, as I said - it's pretty standard, however the positive difference makers are the amazing ladies at the reception, who are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable!

I have used Regus on 53-55 Totleben Blvd. several times for meetings with clients. The facilities are great, very comfortable and presentable. Service is excellent, very competent team and always helpful. They offer many flexible options to choose from. Would definitely recommend this Regus location.

Very inefficient and disoriented. I have submitted a query about renting a space and nobody ever got back to me with the sought information. I also called few times and the people from the call center seemed clueless. They kept telling me to that someone will reach out to me, however no one ever did.
