From start to finish, this hotel exceeded all expectations. The customer service is truly impeccable—from the doorman to the front desk to the restaurant staff, every interaction was warm, professional, and memorable. My 10-year-old son was so impressed that he asked to personally say goodbye to the tall breakfast manager, who made a lasting impact on him. That says everything. The location is beautiful and convenient, with easy access to public transportation. The rooms are modern, clean, and very impressive—a true reflection of the overall quality. One of the things I appreciated most was that staff never made tipping feel expected, yet their service was so genuine and excellent that it made us want to tip them generously. The food was delicious, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend for families or anyone looking for a quality experience with top-notch hospitality!

First time that I stayed at this hotel and it was a great surprise, location excellent, surroundings relaxing, good for shopping and theatre district. On arrival we had a very useful mini tour by one of the receptionist. Room was to our expectations, nicely laid out, good space in bathroom. we ate in the restaurant Wild Honey after the early dining for theatre goers great service and food. Overall we had a great weekend!

Check-in and checkout process was very easy. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. We were able to walk to most restaurants as well as the mall to see the parade on the Kings birthday. The concierge was very accommodating in this restaurant recommendations and suggestions on things to do within the area.

From the moment we arrived at Sofitel St James, we were truly impressed by the warm and professional service. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable, creating a welcoming atmosphere that we’ll never forget. The hotel itself is absolutely spotless - everything from the lobby to our room was impeccably clean and well-maintained. It’s clear that great care is taken in every detail, which made us feel completely at ease throughout our stay. We also had the pleasure of dining at Bistrot at Wild Honey two times, where the food was delicious - refined, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The location is also unbeatable - just a 10-15-minute stroll to iconic landmarks like Big Ben and Westminster Abbey, which made exploring London incredibly convenient and enjoyable. Overall, our stay was delightful, and we would gladly return!

Stayed with a 5 year old in a suite and it was very spacious and nice. Staff was so nice to him, made sure we all had a great stay and every need was met. The restaurant accommodated the meal for a child during the dinner 4 course service which was very nice. We also did the high tea experience and it was so amazing especially stuff they had for kids to paint their painting with eatable paints. Highly recommend this hotel!
