Interactive, clean and dynamic place. Even though it seemed full and we needed an office for a day, it met all our expectations. Big thank you to the welcoming receptionist!

Nice Office with a great vibe and community. The french chef cooks amazing meals. The office has many community areas, conference rooms. Coffee and water is always available.
Rather expensive for an office in Malta though.

Soho is such a great place. I love everything about it! The location is amazing. Also, in the evening, the last floor is perfect for event hosting. The atmosphere is cozy, private, warm, and the terrace is quite huge.

This is not an easy review to write. The place is beautiful and the staff is friendly. The issues I ran into, however, were so bizzarre and disruptive to my work that I must rate the place 1 star because this is first and foremost and office – not a museum.
The listed pricing is very misleading because it does not include taxes, electricity or cleaning. I’ll spare you the math – it adds up to 615 euro a month for a dedicated desk with 24/7 access. To me, in Malta, this is luxury pricing – which is fine, but then I expect luxury service, which I did not get. For that price I am very unforgiving. If it was priced 150 euro/month (which is more reasonable) I’d rate it 3 or 4 stars.
By far the biggest issue was a scheduled, unannounced whole-day internet outage on a Saturday, and even worse how it was handled.
There were no signs posted about the scheduled outage. No emails were sent. I wasn’t verbally told. I sent an email complaining. Rather than assuming responsibility, apologizing and doing luxury customer service stuff (making you feel important and listened to, etc), their answer was pretty much that it was my fault for not being on Slack, which is apparently the one and only platform where internet outages are announced (which was never even mentioned when I signed up).
I pushed back, saying there were millions of signs about the christmas party, so they should have announced the outage that way. Bizarrely, this point was repeatedly ignored – to this day, they never said they’d use signs in the future to announce internet outages. They eventually said that they would look into announcing them via email… 😳
During the exchange they never made me feel important or listened to, they only wanted me to download Slack.
I was never offered a refund or an extra day, even though I couldn’t use the office for all of Saturday and it inconvenienced me causing scheduling issues.
For 615 euro / month, this is unforgivable. But I am lazy. I didn’t want to look for a new office. I didn’t want to move all of my stuff.
So I told them, I want to renew for January, but if there’s a lockdown and the office is forced to close, will you refund me?
They replied, “it is impossible a lockdown will affect us”. I told them, “very well, one more reason to agree to a refund in case it does happen”, to which they replied they cannot issue refunds ever in any circumstance. 🙄
So I said okay, I’ll wait until the 31st of December to sign the new contract, just in case. Then, I asked them to let my keycard keep working until the 3rd of January, since all the staff is currently on holiday and will return on that date, so I can’t renew the contract before then.
They said that was not possible unless I paid for those 2 days in advance, which is the straw that broke the camel’s back. I was on the bus calculating how much that would be (they didn’t even calculate that for me), and then I said screw it, why do I need to be inconvenienced because THEY are on holiday and THEY are so uptight they want me to pay for those 2 days in advance?!
I am moving out and looking for a different office, which again disrupts my work. I am beyond annoyed.
I do not recommend this office.
I see that it is highly reviewed, but do keep in mind the management changed only last month.
(Oh and I forgot - they made me pay €0.15 per page to print the residency forms, which is like less than a dozen pages, not a book. They could have printed it for free come on 😂😂😂 They are REALLY uptight, and I can’t stand expensive places that harass you for pennies)

Nice place to work but the skype-room (telephone booths) are heavily overpriced and need to be booked separately. Usually this is included to keep the working space focused.
