Conveniently located next to the Berchem trainstation, bus & tram terminal. Great for startups and businesses in need of a satellite office. Spaces reception services are excellent. Big minus is the IT support: only action taken is raise additional charges, questions remain unanswered and no service delivered. Sales is proactive but disappear after contract is signed. No relationship management unless it can lead to additional charges / commissions.

For my business expansion I ended up at Spaces and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of the responsible Ms. Edona. She is very communicative and extremely helpful. My customers are always warmly welcomed by Edona and her team. If you are looking for office space, I definitely recommend taking a no-obligation tour. You will soon discover that this is the place for all your business activities. Contract signed, they continue to make proactive efforts to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The office is located across from Berchem station, you can take the train and avoid traffic jams! Highly recommended!!!
