We really appreciate the 30% raise in the rent fee each year. This is the type of service and cooperation a company would look for.

NOT customer-friendly (customer-responsive) system, too much steps to do to get in. Space is great though. Manager is complicated, she is NOT responsive to customer, giving unnecessary information and not understanding what is it that I need. Not coming here again. But I've enjoyed my time in space, working on things that matter for me. Recommendation - make sure you select your management personnel that has a sense to customer service and care, listening and asking question to guide your clients towards meeting their needs.

Small rooms, relatively to greek real estate market it is extremely overpriced, high retainers, when you leave you have to pay cleaning fee and evacuation fee, they will bill you for the next month from the middle of the month month before ( for example for may you have to pay until April 15th) , if you want to terminate the contract ( for example I wanted to stop at the end of march) they will enforce you to pay an additional month although you wont go there . Furthermore, the office was closed due to some covid cases located there many times, and there wasn't ever a refund proposed! common spaces are closed at 6 pm, no access to printing if you work at the evenings, there is no common working experience all are real estate agents that speak loudly over the phone! Finally, even though I asked them not to charge me, they charged me for "coffee" 30 euros a month although all what they offered is cheap instant coffee with no milk . honestly, if your in Athens, get a short term lease and enjoy the low prices of the real estate, coffee and food outside! don't fall to this trap!
