Love this location. It’s difficult to find unless you are at the right elevators. Floor 16!

I hate writing these negative reviews but this place deserves one. I agree with others that staff at the location are void of any customer service experience. It’s sort of sad to be honest. And really shameful that they are not forgiving rent or waiving late fees for the other reviewer like they explained. Or coming up with some other common sense solution. They clearly only care about $$$. For our experience, we found talking to them is like talking to a bot. They constantly state they can’t help with any issues that you have. Does not compute. So then when you ask who can, they tell you that they don’t know, but we should reach out to corporate support for help. So we did that and it took three plus weeks and about six emails for a response from their corporate team. Via email only of course. That was another bot experience as well. Nothing resolved. Issues from three months ago, still are unresolved. I hate to speak negatively about others but the staff at this location truly seem to be incompetent. We will probably be leaving when our contract is up. My recommendation, choose a local company that offers these services. Avoid this place like all the COVID-19 cases that repeatedly get reported in this office and building. At the end of the day, they could have resolved our issues promptly and amiably and this could have been a rave review. I prefer and love giving those!
