Good stuff: there's a great view. Bad stuff: they really don't care about you as a business and is really just interested in their own pocket. Everything is to their own benefit: when you need to do something for them, they will haunt you for it. When they need to do something for you, you will wait months. They claim that our office was painted when we moved it. Not true. Yet, we had to pay a renovation fee when we left. We waited months for furniture that was supposed to be there on day 1. When their system didn't work and a payment didn't go through, we were charged a late payment fee. When they don't return our deposit in 30 days (as they promised on their agreement and emails), you don't hear from them (btw, it's now 43 days, and still no deposit). In the two years we rented an office there, there was not a single courtesy call for anything. When we terminated, they bombarded us with calls to see how they can renew. There are so many cool co-working spaces in Barcelona that really care about smaller businesses, that host regular events, that care about community. Spaces is definitely not one of them. If you are a corporate who can pay heavy rent, not worry about cashflow or client service, then this is for you. If you are an entrepreneur or a smaller business, stay away.

Certainly, the location was exquisite, undoubtedly leaving visitors astounded by the magnificent vista. Although the scenic views are noteworthy, the highlight was the assistance provided by Alex. He thoroughly communicated all necessary details with utmost professionalism.

Amazing place. I contract with the Signature of Regus brand .But this Spaces is the best spaces all over the world so far.
