Very negative experience. The treatment is friendly but I don't remember being charged so much for so little before. There is no option to try the offices without paying the following month and upon departure they charged me almost €170 for cleaning and administrative expenses.
Having only been there for 2 months, of which I only went for several days, I asked them to review it because it seemed like an excessive amount, but they never gave me a response. Bad education and no ethics
Honestly, I have felt very cheated.

Our company handed over the office on July 31, 2023. Today, October 5, 2023, we are still waiting for the deposit (> €1,700) to be returned.
Every time we send an email or talk to someone they give us a payment date, but it never happens. We are still waiting to receive a call from the Office Manager to give an explanation, it seems he is very busy.
By the way, we were only there for 6 months because after 3 months we received the contract to renew with a 4% rate increase for 6 more months... We understand that it was in gratitude for having been the first company to settle on the 7th floor of the building. in February 2023 when they had just opened and suffered power or Internet outages during the first months because they were still under construction.
It is surprising that a company like Spaces treats its clients this way, even more so when there was never a delay in paying the rent and we also paid for the supposed work to recondition the office... As you can see in the photo we left it in very bad condition (irony).

I rented a small office with a 6-month contract, which actually, when entering the middle of the month, is almost a seven-month contract to be able to access an offer. Unfortunately, in the third month I communicated my desire to terminate the contract due to the cessation of my activity, paying a penalty month if necessary, but they have not provided me with any solution, they are forcing me to pay the entire contract even though I do not need the office or make use of it. I think that even though it is legal and they have the right to force me to pay until the last day, I do not feel well treated because they have not given me another possible way out even with some penalty and being able to rent that office to another person. It is nothing personal or with the people who work who have been correct at all times, but towards the company and its intransigence. If you are looking to rent a work space, I would look for other companies that are more flexible at most if you are starting an activity that you do not know very well how it will develop or how long it will last. For the next time I have it clear, I will not return to Spaces if they continue with this policy and this mentality so far from the changing needs of their clients in a world in constant change and adaptation.
I have to say that there was the option of paying month by month but of course not at such an attractive cost as if I had a six-month contract. I put this comment here because no one from the company has proposed a solution to date and I want to warn possible future users not to find themselves in my current situation. I hope the company reflects and becomes more flexible and open to dialogue, not for me as I have little contract left but for future users, regards 👍
