I called customer service to get some information on working hours during the weekend. She was not clear, didn't answer the simple question I asked and kept pushing the dedicated desk option to me, Put me off working with your business. She insisted on getting my name for security reasons! I told her I'm not even a customer why would you name my details! she hung up on me.

Very bad people here . I took my mrs for finger print however they didn’t allow me to stay i. The building they made me and other people waiting outside. Its fuking horrible place

The power points are a bit rubbish - my chargers keep coming loose, and the receptionists are useless here. Cannot fault the cafeteria staff, they're really lovely! And the place is tidy and I like the interior. It's certainly missing the attention to detail for the price of the membership!

No reception there. I went for my biometrics. Plenty of space inside. Unwelcoming staff, I felt like I am under exam conditions. Security person was like unhappy to see people. Families with kids were made to wait outside in rain. My kids caught cold. UKVCAS staff was very very polite and helpful.
