Utterly appalled at the receptionist. Was an old lady probably the rudest I’ve ever been spoken to. A simple query required a simple answer. Instead I was met with dirty looks and spoken to like a fool. Even a smile would have been nice without snarky sarcastic comments. Not warm or welcoming at all real shame as building looks really nice. The face of the building lies with the ground floor reception making it the first impression but I was disgusted at the way I was spoken to and would never think about speaking to a prospective visitor like that in my life. Clearly needs some training on customer service or better still how to speak to people. Wouldn’t even get that from someone off the street!! Security guard down the road spoke better to me!

I couldn’t find it. Nightmare in centre with teams and bus access only and roadworks closing roads. Water over £18 and probably get fine for driving where I shouldn’t. Very disappointed.

Spaces I've been here now for the past five months. It's a great place to work, especially if your a small business. Of course there are facilities for corporate as well if you so require. The staff are extremely friendly and professional, the customer service they offer is first class. Highly recommended

Just spent a few days trying out the space; I wanted to see if it made me more productive than my usual habit of working in a tracksuit at home. Actually, I think it did. I like the variety of seating, whether you want a booth, or work standing at a big table near the reception, or hide away in the corner. The cafe was handy, though there is no microwave so I suppose that is a deliberate decision to discourage you from bringing your own lunch. Staff are lovely and welcoming, and the cafe fellas too, especially Fabio - thanks for the free slice of cake and the coffee! The only thing I disliked was that the music can be a bit loud when you're trying to concentrate, and even with headphones in, it's hard to block out. Otherwise, I enjoyed working here and the convenience of a city-centre location is a big plus.
