I am disappointed when I tried to book it the second time. I planned this booking as a part of a branding photography session for a real estate client from the US. This is a part of creating a brand in a pre-defined style and color scheme. That’s why I attempted to book this meeting room only.
What happened:
1. I made a request for booking the event space for one hour. The price offer was sent to me, all good. (Also I booked the same venue for the same purpose last year.)
2. I confirmed the date and the time, then I was asked to enter my card details to make the booking. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to do it at the time (I was traveling work work) and I asked the team lead in their office to do it manually if possible and I’d push my card details afterwards.
3. No reply for 4 days (weekend included, so not a big deal) and I decided to ask for confirmation if my date was secure.
Then I received an email from my contact person (team lead) saying one hour booking is not possible because:
- I didn’t reply to the email (I did so in 25 mins)
- there are contracted customers and they can’t be disturbed for one hour, but if i book for the whole day of half day.
Questions:
1. If booking for one wasn’t possible, why was I given a price and asked for booking it online?
2. What changed within 2 working days, was the room booked in the meantime?
If the room is booked in the meantime, how come am I advised to book not one hour but the half day?
I can also share the email conversation if I am contacted by customer service.
I feel I was denied arbitrarily because I didn’t get any sensible explanation when I spoke with the contact person of whose name I won’t publicly mention.

Tried to get some information about the features that they offer. Got bombarded with marketing emails and requests to get in touch. However, they completely failed to answer the question that I raised multiple times. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend this place for your business.
