Requested the retainer 30 days prior. Then was told I would receiver 30 days after my end date. It has now been 3 months and nothing. Absolutely ridiculous. If anyone is filling a class act please contact me. I heard this is a normal occurrence.

My company has been with Spaces for a couple of years and I've worked onsite at this location for one - it's been a great experience! Sandi & Jazmin are super helpful and ready to go above and beyond for any needs! Spaces has able to keep up with our growing team as we expand and need more space - would highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun but professional working environment!

I have been a Spaces at the El Segundo facility for 8 months. The facility is clean and well maintained. The staff is very professional and friendly, they will do Best they can to accommodate your needs. I would recommend anyone to take a look and see if spaces is right for for them.

Fantastic co-share facility with amazing talent from Sandi and Jasmine to help keep us operating well. Love the private offices and comfortable public areas. Definitely the best shared offices in El Segundo.

This center was really wonderful for the two years I was a tenant. Brandyn, Sandi, and Jasmyn are excellent at what they do. The facility is nicely appointed and the amenities are smart. Unfortunately there's a separate group that handles billing and it's been ABSURD. They overbilled me by more than $5,000 and over months I struggled to get them to correct it. It's been very stressful. Now my agreement is terminated and they claim I owe $1,900, which I clearly don't, but they're offering to "settle" with me for only $230 to avoid collections. It's just pain extortion. Spaces is a Regus brand and you'll likely sign an agreement with the Regus corporate entity. Make sure to Google "BBB Regus Management Network" so you know what you're getting into before signing anything. The issues I experienced seem to be widespread -- please contact me if you're putting together a class action lawsuit and looking for a plaintiff or witness.
