She is known for delaying responses, especially as you approach the automatic lease renewal date, and once your lease is auto-renewed, they hold you to it without a shred of remorse. Security, or the lack thereof, poses a serious concern. I was robbed of over $10,000 worth of goods, and SPACES took no responsibility for the loss. Luckily, I had additional insurance to cover the financial setback. The thief managed to infiltrate the building on three consecutive days, spotlighting the management's shocking negligence. Adding to the list of grievances, the office space frequently experiences lengthy internet outages, sometimes lasting as long as a week, making the workspace virtually useless. Don't anticipate any form of compensation for these disruptions; their support is nonexistent on that front. Pricing is another murky area. In calling other SPACES locations, I discovered that the rates can vary significantly, pointing to inconsistent pricing policies. The Hollywood location, in particular, seems to be managed by individuals better suited for running a pricing scam than a professional office space. The parking lot is not a haven of safety, either; muggings have occurred. The neighborhood is rife with danger, teeming with homeless encampments and dubious characters. A notorious drug hotel next door exacerbates the unsafe environment; it's not uncommon to see body bags being carried out.
