The location and environment is nice, but be VERY careful about their cancellation policies and fee terms, as those have been a total nightmare and frankly predatory. (Looking at the comments below I’m not the only one who has experience this).
I worked out of this location for a short period of time, and tried to cancel my subscription in June 2022. It is now more than a year later (!!) and I am still trying to tie up loose ends around this subscription. The subscription continues to pile on late fees as this is being sorted out and these fees have now ballooned to more than 300% of the original payments. Beware that Spaces charges the equivalent of a 216% APR!
I would not recommend the subscription to anyone who thinks they may cancel it, as it’s just not worth the pain.

The Spaces Team at the Santana Row office are spectacular and so welcoming! The working space is so big and bright so different than where our offices were located at previously. I have windows!! The shared workspace is always clean and clutter free, it definitely makes a huge difference, so happy that we decided to move here.

When we got to our room, I was surprised. I looked amazing! (see pictures). Much better than wework. But then I was told that this was just a conference room. Indeed, regular offices are not nearly as nice, they are very very basic (just desks) and cramped.
The common area looks good. The location is not great: it's far from Caltrain, and to get to Santana row you need to go around the construction site which is pretty big.
The staff was very nice and friendly.
Overall, I didn't spend enough time there to give a well-rounded review, but it is definitely not 5 stars.

Really helpful and courteous front desk staff! Can we please improve the speed of elevator?

At first glance this a great office environment. However, be prepared to pay for everything once you arrive - coffee, meeting rooms, wifi (if you want a working connection). The walls are glass so there is no privacy for which you have paid exorbitant amounts. You may as well be in the communal space. Also make sure you pay weeks in advance of the month as they have a unique view on due dates. Oh, and when you move out be prepared to lose most of your deposit as its very expensive to sweep concrete floors. Its a shame as it could be such a wonderful experience so close to Santana Row and its offerings but instead Spaces (head office) make it as unpleasant as they can.
Thanks for the suggestion on contact. Its been a week and still no response. I know I'm an ex-tenant and don't expect priority but this is too slow and adds to the frustration.
