I had an incredible experience renting office space at "Spaces." The reception staff truly exceeded expectations with their warm and welcoming attitude. Their friendly demeanor and helpfulness made me feel right at home. The Spaces App allows you to do everything remotely - book upcoming events & request additional work space. Their quick access allows you to seamlessly unlock the door, request printing, acts as an electronic access card and so much more! Spaces is the perfect place to grow your business, and the reception staff makes it even better!

Exceptional location- right between the CBD and the Waterfront. Very clean, developed, well-maintained area. Office space is very convenient, pricing a little more reasonable than main Waterfront options. Staff is friendly and welcoming. As a bonus- stunning view from the top 6th floor.

We have been using this shared office building since I joined the company in 2022, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The facilities are top-notch, and the atmosphere is conducive to productivity and networking. However, what truly sets this place apart is the outstanding reception staff, Alida and Waseemah Hulde. Alida and Waseemah have been incredibly helpful and welcoming from day one. They always greet me with a warm smile and go above and beyond to assist with any questions or concerns I may have. Their dedication to ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for all tenants is truly commendable.
