The entire process was tuff from the very beginning all the way until the end. The charge for EVERYTHING! Basic amenities they charge for. Parkering water, coffee, use of meeting rooms, it cost to use meeting rooms in the space! Never seen anything like it. Would not recommend. They charge you a double deposit to move in. It's crazy!

Responding to the owners response on my previous review. I have reaised multiple issue with the staff on location and have continually been denied. I have also emailed and spoke with Taylor Alexander multiple times throughout this awful experiance and have asked to have management reach out to me to explain why you are still holding my funds, why my card was removed from automatic payments without my consent or notice, and why my account keeps getting charged after I tried to close it over 2 months ago. This is completely unacceptable, and while you tell me to raise a request each has been denied. I did tell Taylor that I was attempting to have my local group of 12 set up some office space or spaces with you, but after this I have advised against using these services. Please feel free to reach out to me personally as I have requested multiple times, and please release my funds ASAP. Lastly, you charge for a monthly coffee package and then do not provide free coffee, this is a total money grab and bad business practice.

Date of Visit: 09/21/2022 - Met my remote working team here for the first time today. Gorgeous facility with lots of room, clean restrooms, and bright/airy environment. Only reason it’s not a 5 is due to limited parking availability for an out-of-towner.

Do NOT use this company! They will lock you into a contract, you will fulfill your contract terms but when you go to cancel, they will tell you on the phone everything is canceled. Then, months later they will attempt to send your company to collections and say your account was never canceled and you owe them thousands of dollars! This is the most corrupt organization, along with Regus, that we have ever dealt with. We will be writing many more reviews on Google, BBB, Yelp, and Facebook as well as submitting complaints with the Attorney General Office, the FTC, and the FCC.
