Honestly, it's a nice place to work I can understand why this place commands a premium because it's an upmarket place. The working environment/ambiance/decor is really second to none. Sometimes it can be a bit noisy but this is to be expected working in an open space. Most big company offices are like that too. I've never regretted working there; on the contrary, I look forward to it. Food, although not amazing, is good enough. There's a nice selection of hot and cold dishes to suit most people.

Co-desked here. It’s terrible. It’s joint to the cafe so the whole building comes down during lunch making the “working” area smelly and super loud. The seating is terrible. it’s to look aesthetically pleasing so the seats and tables just aren’t made to work with your laptop. No kitchen access so no kettle or microwave This is not a co working environment. It’s extra space for the rest of the building to use when they please

Office is incredibly noisy which provides a difficult work environment. Some of the staff are incredibly rude, in particular the women at the front desk facing the main road.

Great building, modern infrastructures with an amazing intérieur design. The tiny booths are a fantastic place to get some work done and the small cafe’s drinks are amazing.

If it was for the cafe and the reception staff (and the reception manager) alone it would be five stars. However everyone above the staff in the building (e.g. salespeople, area managers) are usually very dismissive, incredibly unsupportive of smaller companies (maybe bigger ones, not too sure), and regularly make it clear that if you pay the bills you deal with what you've got. Compared to wework on George street it is cheaper but after taking into account coffees, lack of networking events, printing, meeting rooms etc. you end up paying a lot more. Don't sign up for a 12 month contract as thats how they get you.
