If you are inquiring on leasing from this place I advise you not too. They tend to make it look good for you to get in there and then months later they start to charge your credit card double payments a payment at the beginning of the month and then a payment at the middle of the month. And then they put it on their roster as a payment that’s put in a spot where it is not assigned to anything and then the other payment is for the actual month. Then when you call your credit card company and dispute the charge they lied to the credit card company and said that they gave a refund and they didn’t. Then from a refund to a credit and they didn’t. I wish I never rented from this place they are rip offs and liars if they want to steal my money that bad to where they have to be unprofessional and lie they can have it. I don’t recommend Spaces to anybody. DO NOT BE A FOOL LIKE I WAS!!!!

DO NOT USE THEM FOR A VIRTUAL OFFICE! I know you want to spend as least as possible, but do not choose this company. They outsource all of there administrative duties to 3rd world employees. I’ve been in contact with a bunch of different representatives trying to cancel my subscription based on the fact that I was being charged for a service I did not sign up for. When I finally got an answer back, it was stated that they couldn’t refund my account for the overcharge!

I've read the negative reviews and I am not trying to invalidate someone's experience but I can say that I have had an excellent experience with this Spaces. I use all the Spaces centers in and around Atlanta for meetings and they all provide great service and a cool place to conduct business. I did have ab late payment fee that I should not have received but I told the manager and helped me take care of it. I got a credit a few days later. All good.

Make sure you read your contract for virtual office(which is basically just use of an address). I used this as an address for mail when I was working from home for two years. I have since reopened in a physical location. I requested cancellation 4 months ago, but unfortunately , Spaces auto renews and will keep you in a billing cycle for full year terms regardless of whether they are providing anything or not. I’m stuck paying this company every month for the next 6 months for absolutely nothing. This may be a contractual obligation but it feels extremely unethical. Customer service is of no help.
