Office was consistently far too hot. 26 degrees. It was a broken fan. I got moved into another office which I was told also had a broken fan. I was then told that I would have this problem in any Spaces Hammersmith office I moved to and the only alternative was to leave. I found the staff to be unhelpful and disbelieving, even though they took their own temperature readings and told me the fan was broken I have now left, and will be moving my company office (which is a bigger Regus office in London Bridge) too.

As a workspace it is ok but it plays the loudest background music ever in the co working space. Even in the desk area, you can hear the coffee shop style jazz music blasting through. If people want coffee shop music, they would go to a coffee shop, not paying a fee to get it in an office space. I wish they can turn the music down a bit. Not for people who want to focus at work, unless you fork out extra for an office. Just also to add, from 3pm onwards, you will often find the reception desk area (including the coffee station next to it) unmanned.

We regularly come to Spaces Hammersmith. The building and facilities are good. But the service from the short Asian looking lady who works there is awful. Over many months being there she is always rude to us and other customers and has an unpleasant attitude to everyone, never helpful. I've even seen her showing around potential customers and she's rude to them too. Very surprised she is still employed there - she must be putting off and turning away customers. Cannot believe she works in any customer facing role. She puts us off from coming there. There is a guy who works there called Osbert on the other hand who is fantastic. Friendly and always helpful. Please hire more people like him.
